Snoline Speedy Road Marking

Snoline with its series of Speedline machines for the application of permanent and temporary road markings has set out to make life easier for those required to lay preformed elastoplastic tapes.

The simple operation of the Speedline machines is the fruit of innumerable tests carried out in both Italy and abroad under different weather and application conditions.

In the manual version (Speedy SM) the tape is fed by a manually operated lever pushed by operator, while this is supplied in the automatic version (Speedy-SA) by a motor and drive mechanism on the rear wheels.

The roll of elastoplastic tape is placed on the loading roller with the leading edge of the strip fed into the feed system in the front unit and then guided towards the application roller.

This roller includes the cutter unit that, in the manual Speedy-SM version, is activated by pressing a pedal, while in the automatic Speedy-SA version a programmed system activates the cutter in movement. Speedline strip-laying machines – Speedy-SM and Speedy-SA – are ideal for laying Snoline preformed tape for temporary roadmarkings Tempoline, and permanent roadmarkings (Tikappa-A) , for strips in a width from 100 to 300 mm.

Speedline strip-laying machines are made of aluminium and steel and consist of a main structure and a small front application unit.
Also available as a complement are a Primer Spraying machine and a Tamper Roller.
